Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and select European destinations. We do not currently deliver to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. If you reside outside our standard shipping zones, please contact our support team to inquire about potential custom shipping options.
Order Processing Time
All makeup items, powder compacts, liquid foundations, and cosmetic tools are carefully inspected, safety-sealed, and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST on Friday, or over weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days depending on regional postal routing and destination location. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include the 1-2 business day processing window.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders. There are no hidden handling fees or extra surcharges added at checkout.
Carriers & Protective Packaging
We partner with trusted shipping carriers—including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional express couriers—to ensure fast and safe ground delivery. Liquid products, glass foundation bottles, and delicate pressed powder palettes are double-sealed, padded with shock-absorbent bubble cushioning, and shipped in sturdy outer cartons to prevent breakage or leaks during transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, or if your shipment arrives with shattered powder compacts, leaked liquids, or damaged cosmetics, please contact colourpog.shop immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or refund promptly.
Incorrect Address Input
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. cosmeticsinstock is not responsible for non-delivery or carrier delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you discover an address error, email colourpog.shop immediately. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will update the address. Once shipped, packages cannot be rerouted.
