30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, shade payoff, and formulation standards of our cosmetics and beauty tools. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.

Return Eligibility & Cosmetics Hygiene Standards
Due to strict public health, hygiene, and personal care safety regulations:
• Color cosmetics, foundations, lipsticks, and eye products MUST be unopened, unused, with factory hygiene seals, shrink wrap, and original boxes fully intact.
• Makeup brushes and sponges MUST be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in their original hygienic packaging.
• Opened, tested, swatched, or used cosmetics and beauty applicators cannot be returned or refunded for sanitary and health protection reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit upon unboxing (e.g., broken pressed powders or leaked liquids) are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, swatched, or used lipsticks, powders, foundations, or mascara.
• Cosmetic brushes or tools showing signs of makeup application or washing.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unused and unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email colourpog.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened condition and intact safety seals of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box along with protective cushioning to prevent transit damage.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility to confirm unopened and unused condition, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different shade, formula, or tool type, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with cracked glass bottles, shattered powder pans, or damaged packaging, please contact colourpog.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
